Alicia Milton
With over 25 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Broker, Alicia has established herself as a seasoned expert in the industry. In addition to her impressive career in real estate, she is also a respected member of the GOB Network board, where she contributes her expertise to foster growth and collaboration within the industry. Throughout her career, Alicia has managed over 1 million square feet of commercial real estate and owns 66 units, showcasing her extensive experience and commitment to investment success. Her strategic approach to property management and investment has consistently delivered impressive results for her clients and investors.
Greg Douyon
Greg is the founder of BrightStar Realty Investment and manager of GOB Network Fund II. As a seasoned CRE professional with 650+ units under management nationwide, Greg blends military discipline as an Air Force veteran with real estate expertise as a licensed Realtor and a member of the GOB Network of Apartment Investors overseeing 6.5K+ units valued over $400M. Greg prioritizes safeguarding investors' capital while maintaining timely distributions. His strategic acumen and commitment to excellence underscores his role as a trusted figure in commercial real estate investment, delivering consistent returns and maintaining high integrity in every transaction.
Jim Biggs
Jim is deeply committed to advancing the real estate community and fostering collaboration and innovation within the industry. Through his leadership roles and active involvement in various initiatives, he continues to make significant contributions to the growth and development of multifamily commercial real estate. As a Key Principle for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, Jim brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role. He manages a diverse portfolio of properties across Illinois, Texas, and Oklahoma, and plays a pivotal role in leading The GOB Network.
